Return Policy

We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process:

 

  1. Returns Eligibility:

   – Items must be in new, unused condition.

   – Original packaging and tags must be intact.

   – Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

 

  1. Timeframe:

   – You may return eligible items within 30 Days from the date of purchase.

 

  1. Return Process:

   – To initiate a return, please fill out our return request form available at the bottom of this page.

   – Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) if applicable.

 

  1. Shipping Costs:

   – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

 

  1. Refund Method:

   – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 5 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

  1. Exclusions:
  1. Returns Beyond 30 Days: Products returned after the 30-day deadline from the date of purchase will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.

  2. Damages Caused by the Customer: Any product that has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or alteration by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Incomplete or Missing Parts: Returns will not be accepted if the product is returned with missing components or parts that were originally included in the package at the time of purchase.

  4. Proof of Purchase Required: A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.) is necessary for all returns or exchanges. Returns without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

 

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:

   – If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at the email provided below. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

   – If you made a purchase in-store, please bring the item along with the original receipt to the store where the product was physically purchased.
